About the Role

• Oversee all back-of-house operations, including kitchen staff, food preparation, and quality control.

• Supervise and lead the kitchen team, including chefs and cooks.

• Ensure that dishes meet quality standards, follow recipes, and are served in a timely manner.

• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food cost control.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety protocols.

• Collaborate with the management team on menu development and special offerings.

• Monitor and minimize food wastage.

Requirements



• Culinary degree or relevant certification.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant.

• Strong culinary creativity and knowledge of diverse cuisines.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environ
